We understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right and will gladly exchange your purchase for another item of equal value. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Returns will only be accepted in original, unused condition with tags/labels attached. Please note, clothing items that smell of perfume or deodorant, have make up marks or stains on them or are unreasonably creased will not be accepted as returns.
Due to Australian health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on earrings. All postage costs associated with returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense.
‘Sale’ items are non returnable or exchangeable.
Due to the fact that all of our art is made to order, all sales are final.
All items are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded after assessment by us. Any product being returned must be in it’s original condition, unused, unmarked, in the original packaging & not defective as a result of misuse. Cost to return the item for assessment is at the customer’s expense and will be reimbursed if the item is deemed faulty.
Returns will only be accepted for goods purchased from this online store. If you have purchased directly from the Shack Yamba store please phone 02 6646 3996 or return in person. All returned items are the responsibility of the customer until received back by us. We hold no responsibility for any returned items that are lost in transit and strongly recommend that you use secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.
